Technology Services Printing collects and generates data for tracking and billing print jobs. For all campus users this includes directory information such as NetID, UIN, name, department, and group memberships. For print jobs this includes metadata such as document name, workstation, print time, account, page counts, and color information. Technology Services Printing and departments only store document contents while the print job is being processed.
