Technology Services collects and generates data for tracking and billing print jobs. For all campus users this includes directory information such as NetID, UIN, name, department and group memberships. For print jobs this includes metadata such as document name, workstation, print time, account, page counts and color information. Technology Services only stores document contents while the print job is being processed.
